Typically, all our devices come from Apple / Carrier program.
Either they are Open Box condition or Good condition from trade in or overstock program. All of them are thoroughly tested with Apple Diagnostics / Phonecheck software. Grading condition is as follow:

Open Box - devices are in pristine condition with excellent battery life and comes with all original accessories listed below. They are comparable to new devices you purchase from Apple store. (but with lots of savings!)

Good Condition - devices show sign of use such as minor scratches / scuffs / dings. Nothing major (NO CRACKS!) This is the perfect option for people who just need a simple device to work flawlessly. Battery health is atleast 85% or above.
